Benchmarking

Having assisted countless athletes in contract negotiations with their teams, sponsors and representatives, the ATFIELD network member firms and their lawyers can use a unique benchmarking database that enables, for each athlete, an assessment of appropriate salaries, licensing and endorsement fees, etc. The ATFIELD network performs valuation exercises from a sports as well as a commercial perspective and assess whether a proposal is competitive.
