Amandine Baltus

Amandine is a tax lawyer at Tiberghien. Her practice involves different areas of tax law, including income tax (whether personal, non-resident or corporate tax) and wealth planning. These different areas of expertise have been developed within Atfield with a focus on sports and entertainment, which has enabled high-level athletes, artists and performers to receive the global support that they have required.

Over the years, Amandine has acquired experience in international structuring and has advised residents and non-residents regarding their international mobility.

In addition, Amandine assists clients in negotiations and disputes with the tax authorities, both at the administrative and judicial levels.
